My Top Three Manifesting Tips

There are literally so many different tips and techniques out there to help us manifest our desires. Sometimes it can be so overwhelming to detect which ones are going to work for you.

Many times we give up on our manifestations because we feel frustrated and bewildered when they don’t pan out. The truth is manifesting is much easier than you think. In fact, one of the biggest secret tricks to successful manifesting is to realize how easy and effortless it is. the more you focus and work hard with manifesting the more you push away what you really want.

These three tips are very simple and will set you up for success. As you go through try to remember that the universe is a mirror. It is not a sentient being doling out rewards and punishments. It is a reflection of your thoughts feelings and energy. Whatever you think about you bring about.

Tip number one!

Only good things come your way.

This phrase has helped me more times than I can think of. I have to give credit and say that I learned this from Louise Hay. She is a world-renowned motivational speaker.

When and how to use it. This little gem is ideally used when you are under stress or in a jam. Obviously, we all deal with these sudden stressful moments, but the make or break for you is how you handle them. Saying this phrase over and over again in a calm voice to yourself will help you keep your cool and stop the flow of panicky negative thoughts. It will allow the flow of positive energy to flow through you and redirect the issue. Try to remember that sometimes delays and inconveniences in life happen for a reason, often opening us up to opportunities we may not have had otherwise.

Tip number two

Keep your eyes on the prize!

When I was a little girl and got lost in a store I would think about my room, my bed, and my toys. As I looked for my mom I would imagine myself at home safe and sound in my room. It kept me calm and focused in a positive direction.

When and how to use it. If you are faced with an unpleasant phone call, deadline, or project simply choose to put your focus on something positive you get to do after that event. This also works well if you are waiting for news. Think of something positive you can look forward to. This doesn’t have to be a monumental event(though it can be). A good meal, a favorite show, spending time with a friend even a nap. Keep in mind the more you look forward to the event the better it will work. The reason this works so well is that it keeps your mind focusing on joy rather than anxiety.

Tip number three

Future forecasting (the right way)

When and how to use it. So the answer is always. That may seem intimidating, but I promise once you get the hang of it it will feel totally natural. Truthfully we do future forecasting all the time, it’s called worrying. Worrying about what will happen is a version of future forecasting. I am going to show you the correct way to do it so it benefits your life.

Start small, doing this in small doses at first is the easiest recipe for success. While laying in your bed imagine your morning going as smoothly as possible. Talk yourself through it.

Here are some examples

I am going to have a great cup of coffee

The email I need from blah blah will be waiting for me, and it will be exactly what I need.

My ride to work is going to be smooth and easy. I am going to arrive with plenty of time to prepare for my day.

Divide your day into small segments and future forecast the hell out of them. Always speak positively. Do this with gratitude and certainty.

Bad example “I won’t run into any traffic this morning.”

Good example ” My commute will be easy and relaxing.”

Getting comfortable with projecting mundane tasks builds up your confidence and your manifesting muscles so you’ll be ready when you need it for important events like a job interview.

These are my favorite go-to tips to help my life run much smoother. I really enjoyed sharing them with you very much. If manifesting is new to you keep in mind that things may not always go perfectly at first. There is a lot of negative programming to overcome. Be patient with the processes and results will come. The most important thing is to be consistent.

Some Simple Ways To Expand Your Consciousness

Hello Everyone,

A lot of time we walk through life bogged down by our daily lives. We become consumed with whatever is plaguing us at the moment, what we don’t have, and feeling small and insignificant.

When it comes to manifestation and law of attraction it’s important to be able to rise above the mundane bubble and accept the abundance and majesty of the Universe. Sometimes this can be a bit challenging if you are not used to it.

The trick to expanding your consciousness is to find miracles everywhere. Little daily reminders that these laws are in effect everywhere. Below I am going to list some easy ways to practice expansion.

The Sun

Every day without fail this big beautiful star rises and sets. It gives us life, energy and warmth.  Without it, we would not be here.

Gravity

At this moment as I write we are all in constant rotation hurdling through space. Gravity is constant and keeps us safe from just floating away.

The Sky

The sky is an ever-changing piece of art. Sunrises, sunsets, puffy clouds, and swirly strokes of color.  Looking at the sky reminds me how huge and expansive the universe is, Infinite and limitless potential.

Trees

Nothing is a better reminder of abundance than trees. When I look at all of those thousands of leaves I realize how abundant and full this world is.

I hope this post helps you to open yourself up a bit more to all of the ways the universe is at work all around us each day. If you can start to see miracles in these everyday places you will be more open and tuned in to positive vibrations.
